Q: Where does your tea ship from?
A: We are based in Portland, Oregon. All of our tea is grown by small producers in Japan.
Q: Is there a free delivery option?
A: We offer free delivery on purchases over $50. If you’re in the Portland Oregon area we also have local delivery available for you.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: The shipping fee is calculated based on your address and you’ll see a live estimate of the cost.
It's calculated automatically depending on the product you choose and where you live before purchasing the products.
Q: Which carrier do you use?
A: We ship with USPS and UPS. You can choose the shipping method at checkout. Currently we’re offering:
- USPS Ground Advantage
- USPS Priority Mail
- UPS Ground
Q: How long does it take?
A: We will prepare your order as fast as possible(usually within 1-2 business days). Then, it will ship out - shipping times depend on where you’re located and you can see an estimated time at checkout, usually it’s a couple business days.
