All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We are literally two people, but we will get your order to you absolutely as soon as possible.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free shipping for order over $50.
Local delivery
Free local delivery is available for anyone in the Portland, Oregon area.
We'll contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to set up a time.
International Shipping

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. If you don't see it right away, please allow some time for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@chabatea.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We can't accept returns of tea, but we're here to make things right for you. If you're unsatisfied for any reason, reach out and let us know how we can help.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We will take care of you.
